What is the difference between an Online course (E-learning) and a Face to Face (F2F) course?

Our F2F courses are held in one of our training centres with one of our professional trainers. They are all fully accredited courses that provide a fully recognisable qualification (RQF), regulated by OFQUAL (except the Level 2 Food Hygiene Refresher and bespoke courses, which are a Continual Professional Development (CPD) certificates).

Our E-learning courses are online courses. These courses are CPD, skills based learning that is dedicated to improving the candidate's knowledge.

Online candidates are provided their own individual learner's dashboard to complete the course. If you purchase more than one course, they will appear on the dashboard once allocated. Businesses can buy E-learning for their staff and can manage the licences though their manger dashboard. This allows you to allocate the courses and see a progress report for each staff member.

We provide support to all of our students online and face to face. If you require any assistance or just need to ask a tutor a question, please contact us at 0800 689 3512 or email ehtc@breckland-sholland.gov.uk.

All of our E-learning courses can be converted into fully accredited qualifications. All you need to do is complete the course in your own time. Then, once completed, contact us and for a small fee we can book you onto the examination (which will involve you sitting an invigilated exam) to get your fully accredited certificate.
